It is sent electronically to the correspondence address provided by the Buyer when placing the order.

The voucher can be used once and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and entitles you to purchase items from the entire range at laplume.pl.

Any unused funds in the account will be forfeited without the possibility of reusing the code.

The value of purchases may be equal to or greater than the amount assigned to the Voucher provided that the difference is paid by the user placing the order.

In the event of any other impossibility to use the Gift Voucher due to the fault of the Purchaser or the User, the PLUMÉ store is not obliged to accept the complaint.

Washing method

We recommend washing our products on a delicate cycle at 30ºC. We recommend ironing muslin diapers and wraps at low temperature.

Delivery and payment

Products are sent by courier and to the parcel collection point - to the Parcel Locker;


The order processing time is approximately 5 days (however, we try to send parcels as quickly as possible, but for reasons beyond our control this time may be longer). In the case of online payments - the processing time is counted from the moment of positive authorization.


After completing the order, we send you a tracking number for tracking purposes.
