WHAT IS KLARNA?
Klarna is a payment service provider from Sweden. When choosing Klarna, this provider takes full responsibility for the payment. More than 90 million consumers in over 200,000 stores worldwide have already experienced the security and benefits of this payment method.
HOW DOES THE “PAY IN 30 DAYS” SERVICE WORK?
Thanks to the "Pay in 30 days" credit method, it is possible to delay payment for a purchase by 30 days. To use this method, you must place orders in the store and select the Klarna payment method in the basket. Within 2 days of confirming the order, the Customer receives an e-mail in which they are instructed on the further process. Within 30 days, the Customer can check what they have ordered and will pay only if the order suits them. They can make an online payment at a convenient time and at no additional cost using a credit or debit card in the Klarna application or by logging in to the website www.klarna.com/pl.
CAN I USE THE "PAY IN 30 DAYS" SERVICE?
To use "Pay in 30 days", the Client must be an adult. This service is common but it should be remembered that it is a form of credit and depends on the Client's financial situation. At the same time, when choosing the "Pay in 30 days" option, Klarna's assessment will not affect creditworthiness.
WHAT ARE KLARNA'S PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Klarna offers 2 options:
1. Debit or credit card immediately during checkout
2. "Pay in 30 days" using your debit or credit card upon receipt of your order
Overdue payments can be monitored in the Klarna app
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ORDER IS CANCELED OR RETURNED?
Once we have accepted the cancellation/return in our shop, Klarna will cancel the invoice or refund the payment that has already been made. The refund should be visible in the Klarna app immediately.
WHAT DATA DO I NEED TO PROVIDE WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE?
When choosing Klarna, please provide your:
- Name and surname
- Address
- Email address
- PESEL.
Optional:
- mobile phone number or date of birth.
All information, including payment reminders and links to online invoices, is sent to the Customer's email address, hence it is necessary to provide correct data to receive payment information.
IS CUSTOMER PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?
Klarna processes all payment information securely. PLUMÉ does not receive or store any card details. All transactions take place via connections secured by the latest security protocol standards.
HOW DO I CHECK IF THE PAYMENT WAS CORRECTLY ACCEPTED?
When paying by card, you will receive confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. With the "Pay in 30 days" payment option, Klarna sends the payment to the email address you used to place your order. If you do not receive such confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payment by logging into the Klarna app or www.klarna.com/pl.
HOW IS A REFUND PROCESSED?
If the order was paid for by card, the refund is made to the same card. If the purchase has not yet been paid for, it is reduced by the refund or canceled entirely.
